Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, configure, and commission new ICT systems and infrastructure solutions.
- Manage and maintain existing systems to ensure operational stability, security, and performance.
- Build and support full ICT infrastructure stacks, including servers, storage, virtualization, and networking.
- Collaborate with application teams for integration and deployment activities.
- Perform system upgrades, OS patching, hardening, and security configuration.
- Administer backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure adherence to IT best practices and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in system engineering or ICT infrastructure
- Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure design, implementation, and support
- Proficient in at least 5 or more of the following areas:
- Azure Stack Hub Virtualization Environment VM configuration & deployment, NSG, Load Balancer, Virtual Images, Storage, etc.
- Windows Server 2019 / 2016 Server configuration, Domain Administration, Microsoft Failover Clustering, RDS Architecture, GPO, OS Hardening, Patching & Upgrading
- Microsoft SQL Server 2019 / 2016 / 2017 Configuration, upgrading, hardening, and administration
- Linux-based Virtual Appliance Deployment and maintenance
- Ubuntu OS Deployment and maintenance
- Commvault Configuration and management of backup jobs
- Network & Network Security Concepts, design, and implementation
- System Security Concepts SSL Certificates, OS hardening, and preventive maintenance tasks
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
