Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated System Engineer with expertise in enterprise network infrastructure, system integration, cloud connectivity, and application architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure solutions across on-premises and cloud environments while ensuring seamless integration with internal and external systems.

Key Responsibilities

Network & Infrastructure Engineering

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise network architectures across on-premises, data center, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Configure and support Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking technologies, including:
• VLANs
• VRFs
• BGP
• OSPF
• Static Routing
• NAT
• Firewall Policies
• VPN Solutions
• Load Balancers
• Plan and maintain IP addressing strategies and network segmentation frameworks.
• Design secure connectivity between:
• Data Centers
• AWS, Azure, and GCP Cloud Platforms
• Kubernetes Clusters
• Enterprise Applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and infrastructure issues.

System Integration & Architecture

• Manage integrations with third-party applications and vendors.
• Work directly with technology partners and application providers to define integration requirements, interface specifications, and technical architecture.
• Design and support API-based system integrations across enterprise platforms.
• Support SAML and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations and integrations.
• Design software component architectures and integration frameworks.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, integration standards, and technical architecture.

Platform Operations & Monitoring

• Monitor enterprise systems, microservices platforms, and API gateway infrastructure.
• Support application monitoring, performance optimization, and incident management activities.
• Conduct system health assessments and proactive issue resolution.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, network diagrams, and architecture documentation.
• Participate in cyber security reviews and infrastructure risk assessments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3-6 years of experience in:
• Network Infrastructure Engineering
• Systems Engineering
• Platform Engineering
• Cloud Infrastructure Support
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on experience with API-based system integration projects.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization technologies including SAML and SSO.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNA or equivalent networking certification.
• Experience with Kubernetes platforms and containerized environments.
• Understanding of API Gateway platforms and Microservices Architecture.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, network security controls, and secure architecture principles.
• Experience with AI-powered development tools such as:
• Claude
• Cursor
• GitHub Copilot
• OpenAI Codex
• Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure, GPU environments, or AI training platform deployment would be advantageous.
