We are seeking a Lead System Engineer specializing in IT Network Communications to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing network communication systems, with a focus on leading a team to deliver optimal network performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network architecture for communication systems.
• Ensure optimal performance of network systems through monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Lead a team of engineers to maintain and upgrade network infrastructure.

• Develop and maintain network documentation and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in network engineering or system engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.) and technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.).
• Experience with network security practices and tools.
• Proficient in network monitoring and performance analysis tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based networking solutions and services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
