System Analyst

This is a full-time, on-site System Analyst role located in Singapore. The System Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate business requirements, conduct systems analysis, and propose efficient IT solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing system workflows, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting the development and enhancement of systems to meet business needs. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

• Proficiency in Systems Analysis and strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and address technical challenges effectively
• Knowledge of Information Technology systems and infrastructure
• Experience in Business Analysis to understand and document business requirements accurately
• Strong problem-solving abilities and expertise in Troubleshooting technical issues
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience with low-code platforms and digital transformation initiatives is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
