Job Objective:
The System Analyst will be involved in the Customer Onboarding Program and will be responsible for understanding business requirements and translating them into Functional Specifications and Technical Design Specifications.
The role requires end-to-end involvement across multiple functional domains and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Technical Delivery / Development Manager in planning, developing, tracking, and implementing customer onboarding applications.
- Lead functional requirements gathering, technical design, implementation, interface development, security review, and support activities.
- Support project tracking and control of application development phases in compliance with IT application policies, standards, and procedures.
- Manage business users, vendors, and interface application teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional interface application teams.
- Prepare, review, and ensure application features and functionalities adhere to business requirements, quality, reliability, security, and performance standards.
- Prepare and maintain documentation including SOPs, System Architecture Guides, and diagrams aligned with organizational templates, policies, and standards.
- Work with the Testing team to formulate comprehensive system test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with project scope, quality requirements, and targets.
- Manage release change management and ensure changes are completed according to project/release schedules.
Key Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven experience in requirements management and end-to-end requirements analysis.
- Hands-on experience in business process modelling and techno-functional design.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience driving the development of large software components.
- Passion for learning and willingness to solve complex problems.
