Role: System Analyst
Duration: 12 Months (extendable)
Responsibilities
- Manage and analyse business requirements, translating them into solution designs facilitate user workshops and model transactions to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Perform a hands-on techno-functional role to analyse and propose solutions for business issues, including technical, strategic, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with technology teams, business units, and key stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.
- Engage stakeholders to understand priorities, requirements, and opportunities for system enhancements.
- Build strong relationships and effectively manage user and stakeholder expectations.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of technical architecture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the financial industry with strong exposure to core banking, preferably in a System Analyst or Business Analyst role.
- Prior experience with Agentic AI and GenAI solutions, including understanding of agent patterns, types, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Solid understanding of model architecture, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience in evaluating and integrating LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Gemini) into business processes.
- Familiarity with tools and frameworks such as OpenShift, RAG, and Agentic AI workflows to build GenAI capabilities.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable GenAI architectures and solutions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge and understand business drivers and proposed solutions.
