Role:

. Gather and analyse user requirements and translate them into application specifications.

. Analyse, design, test, implement, and maintain application systems or web-based applications.

Requirement:

. Has minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis, design (include database design), development, implementation, and quality assurance.

. Good communication, project management, strong analytical, problem-solving skills.

. Experience in one or more of the following:

Frameworks: Angular/ AngularJS, Apache Spark, Hibernate, Java Persistence API (JPA) Framework, Node.JS, Spring Framework (Spring Batch, Spring Boot, Spring Web), Structs.

Integrated Development Environments (IDEs): Eclipse, JDeveloper, NetBeans

Application Server: JBoss Application Server (now Wild Fly)

Architectural Concepts and Tools: Messaging system (e.g. IBM MQ), Responsive Web Design, Rules Engines, Service Oriented Architecture, WebLogic, WebSphere

Programming Language: Java, Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX), Java Server Faces (JSF), Web Services, Web Services for Remote Portlets (WSRP), Web Integrated Development Environment (IDE)

Web Service Architectural Styles: Representational State Transfer (REST), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Linux, MS SQL, Open System Environment, Unix, Windows

. Able to work independently in gathering requirements from users, translating them into application specifications.

. Vendor Management skills

. Working experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design.

. Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition or Spring or equivalent.

. Proficiency in Development of Web-based applications using UI framework such as Angular/AngularJS, jQuery, Struts or equivalent.

. Proficiency in Development of application using Persistence framework such as Hibernate, JPA or equivalent.

. Proficiency in Relational Databases like DB2, SQL Server, Oracle.

. Proficiency in Using tools for testing.

. Working experience in using Webserver like Apache Webserver, Microsoft IIS or equivalent.
