Mediate between business and technical stakeholders make decisions considering technical feasibility, economic viability, regulatory requirements, and architectural constraints.
Monitor project progress, risks, and issues escalate to Project/Delivery Manager when required.
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) within assigned financial domain areas.
Serve as primary contact for functional queries and support consulting engagements with customers.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Financial Technology domain.
Strong experience in:
Wealth Management Systems
Core Banking Platforms
Avaloq (preferred)
Good knowledge of Financial & Global Market Regulations.
Experience with Trading, Middle Office, and Back Office platforms such as:
Bloomberg
Avaloq
FinIQ
Strong analytical and product management skills.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Highly structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
