Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and lead requirement analysis, solution design, validation workshops, and domain discussions to ensure complete and consistent requirement coverage.

  • Capture and interpret business needs, translating them into functional and technical application requirements.

  • Define and manage functional and technical designs for new system features and enhancements.

  • Bridge gaps between business requirements, solution architecture, development, and testing teams.

  • Formalize business requirements through:

    • Functional & Technical Specifications

    • As-Is and Target Process Workflows

    • Use Cases and Business Scenarios

    • Requirements Workshops and Documentation

  • Mediate between business and technical stakeholders make decisions considering technical feasibility, economic viability, regulatory requirements, and architectural constraints.

  • Monitor project progress, risks, and issues escalate to Project/Delivery Manager when required.

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) within assigned financial domain areas.

  • Serve as primary contact for functional queries and support consulting engagements with customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Financial Technology domain.

  • Strong experience in:

    • Wealth Management Systems

    • Core Banking Platforms

    • Avaloq (preferred)

  • Good knowledge of Financial & Global Market Regulations.

  • Experience with Trading, Middle Office, and Back Office platforms such as:

    • Bloomberg

    • Avaloq

    • FinIQ

  • Strong analytical and product management skills.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Highly structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
