System Analyst

Responsibilities:

. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their operational needs, identify problems, and define system requirements for new projects and enhancements.

. Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement, automation, and optimization.

. Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and other relevant documentation.

. Work closely with development teams, architects, and quality assurance teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business objectives and technical standards.

. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements, present findings, and obtain stakeholder approvals.

. Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and defect analysis to ensure the quality and integrity of delivered solutions.

. Assist in the creation of training materials and provide support to end-users post-implementation.

. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system analysis and banking technology.

. Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and change management activities.

Skills :

• Familiarity with banking products, services, and regulatory requirements is highly advantageous.
• Experience with database concepts (SQL) and an understanding of system integration principles is a plus.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. JIRA Microsoft Project) is a plus
