Our client is a fast-growing financial institution with an expanding presence across Asia. They are hiring an SVP, Head of Finance to lead the finance function, manage the team, ensure full financial control, partner the business, and drive a finance change programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the finance team, setting direction and building capability
- Take full ownership of financial control, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and compliance with regulatory and tax requirements
- Partner the CEO and business heads to support growth, profitability, and capital efficiency with clear, data-driven insights
- Deliver a finance change agenda across processes, systems, and reporting while ensuring daily operations remain well controlled
- Strengthen governance and risk management, ensuring alignment with IFRS and local regulations
- Engage with senior management, auditors, regulators, and banking partners to support business priorities
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (CPA, CA or equivalent)
- 1215 years of finance experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or asset management, including recent leadership of a finance team
- Strong track record in financial control and business partnering
- Experience delivering finance transformation or change while maintaining robust controls
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
