Engage & drive cross functional units discussion and vendor management to support business and delivery activities and collaborate with functional team to drive resolution of operational issues.
Supports P&L forecasting for the business units by processing, collecting, & consolidating data from different stakeholders.
Create and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and archival of documentation
Design and implement new or specified changes to processes and drive automation to improve productivity
Drives continuous process, data refinement & improvement by performing analysis to trends & issues, develop insights & recommendations,
Develop and enhance business measurement & metrics, and track effectiveness of change
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, sales, and P&L forecasting with a Diploma or Degree in Business or Computer Science
Strong understanding of business processes, sales tools, systems, and best practices
Effective in management and administrative tasks, including proofreading and handling information
Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in standard software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
Knowledge of SAP Order Management and CRM systems is an added advantage
