Svc Delivery Executive, Asset Management

We're searching for aService Delivery Executive (Lifecycle)to be part of our diverse team of talent here at NCS!

As a Service Delivery Executive, you are responsible for supporting the Service Delivery Lead in overseeing the full lifecycle of asset management operations. Ensure that all IT and infrastructure assets are effectively tracked, maintained, and optimized throughout their lifecycle.

What will you do

• Assist the Service Delivery Lead in day-to-day planning and execution of lifecycle activities including asset deployment, maintenance, refresh, and decommissioning.
• Support communication with schools, clients, or internal teams to align schedules, manage feedback, and ensure readiness for site activities.
• Maintain accurate asset records for reporting and audit purposes.
• Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery across the asset lifecycle, aligned with SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Strong understanding of ITIL or similar service management frameworks.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.

Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Familiarity with lifecycle management or asset management processes.

Competent in tools such as Excel, SharePoint, and project trackers.

Certification : ITIL Foundation
