Svc Delivery Executive, Svc(IMS) Ldrship

The Service Delivery Manager is the leader to a team of school support personnel providing end-user computing support to schools. You are professional and experienced in customer service, human resource coordination and contract administration. You will be responsible for conducting regular customer visits, managing and counselling support personnel. You will also assist with up-sell services, address escalated issues, billing queries and delegate assignments to support personnel. You are responsible for the good customer satisfaction for the support services. You will also coordinate desktop education programmes for customers.

• Conduct regular customer visits

• Ensure good customer satisfaction for support services
• Manage the schools as the position requires direct interface with schools
• Manage NCS staff that are deployed in schools
• Be the liaison person between school and NCS backend teams
• Address and resolve issues and problems faced by schools

The ideal candidate should possess:

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure Support
• Minimally ITIL Foundation
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in human resource coordination and contract administration
• Good customer relationship management experience
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
• Degree / Diploma in a relevant field
