Conduct proactive surveillance through CCTV of all casino related operations to ensure the integrity of the games, the safety and security of our guests, team members and company assets are maintained.
Investigate complaints/queries in a timely manner.
Observe, record and report on all matters relating to the casino and surveillance operations.
Conduct analytical reviews related to gaming operations and document findings for management review.
Ensure the security of the gaming operation sis maintained through the usage of Surveillance equipment and techniques.
Carry out other assignments as directed by Management.
Abide by the department's policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.
Minimum GCE `N level or an equivalent qualification.
Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar field.
Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, on weekends and public holidays.
High level of integrity and ability to adhere to company policies.
