Market Conduct Investigator | Insurance | 6-month Contract

The Market Conduct Investigator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with market conduct regulations, investigating misconduct complaints, and supporting the organization's distribution compliance framework. This role requires excellent analytical skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to liaise effectively with regulators and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into market misconduct complaints and implement appropriate follow-up actions.
• Perform market conduct compliance reviews, monitor outcomes, and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
• Liaise with regulators and relevant government agencies to address compliance matters.
• Maintain, update, and revise policies and procedures governing distribution compliance activities.
• Provide coverage for team leader and team members during their absence.
• Support ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Compliance, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• With 3 years experience marketing conduct investigation, compliance, regulatory affairs, or investigations background from law enforcement agencies.
• With background in banking, financial or insurance sector is advantageous.
• Excellent understanding of market conduct regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
