Transformation & Performance Project Management Specialist

Role Overiew

The role of Transformation and Performance Project Management Specialist is to support strategic transformation, financial performance monitoring, and project governance. You are required to partner closely with Head Office teams and local operational stakeholders to ensure alignment, execution excellence, and continuous improvement across finance and technical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support governance and delivery of Transformation & Performance initiatives, with a strong focus on finance-relat ed projects.
• Maintain and enhance project governance tools, including dashboards, KPIs, project documentation, and performance tracking.
• Conduct analytical reviews and root-cause analysis to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Act as a key liaison between Head Office and Singapore teams, aligning reporting standards, financial monitoring, and operational practices.
• Support the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects (e.g. Dry Dock projects), including planning, budgeting, performance tracking, risk management, and reporting.
• Develop structured, high-quality PMO deliverables and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.Work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment, managing topics independently and ensuring timely delivery.

Experience / Requirements

• Experience in project management, transformation, performance management, or PMO roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Exposure to project governance, cost monitoring (CAPEX/OPEX), and performance tracking.
• Ability to collaborate across geographies and cultures, with strong communication skills.
