Are you looking for an opportunity to build a highly available, large scale, enterprise-wide software solution Does it excite you to find patterns and build generic, composable software solutions to solve complex problems Are you looking for inventing newer and simpler ways of building solutions If so, we are looking for you to fill a challenging position in the Alexa Smart Properties team.
As a Support Engineer, you deep dive into issues to identify problems and work with engineering teams to resolve issues impacting availability. You develop automation tools to assist with daily systems administration tasks. You design and develop scripts and applications. You will get to work on some of the key initiatives planned to support our rapid evolution and growth of the Alexa features and services in the process to solve some of the most challenging problems

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of software development, or 2+ years of technical support experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience in Unix
- Experience with AWS, networks and operating systems
