Job Scope
- Act as key liaison between Customer Service, Sales & Business Units
- Support sales forecast coordination and align with supply chain teams
- Handle customer/sales inquiries, stock availability & order issues
- Ensure smooth communication across departments for timely resolution
- Support regulatory documentation and supply chain reporting (KPIs)
- Assist in process improvements and operations coordination
Requirements
- Min. 1-2 years experience
- Strong customer service / sales coordination background
- Experience liaising with Sales + multiple stakeholders
- Good communication, organised and detail-oriented
