Your Role

Join our dynamic Outsourcing Subcontractor (Assembly and Test) Management team as a Planning Specialist. Reporting directly to the Capacity Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and optimizing ST capacity bookings with our outsourcing subcontractors (OSAT).

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Assessing outsourcing capacity against Demand Forecast (S&OP) plans for your assigned portfolio.
  • Driving alignment on consignment materials and acting as the central liaison among internal teams, material suppliers, and OSAT partners.
  • Managing the end-to-end administrative cycle by creating Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) within SAP.
  • Analyzing Material Requirements Planning (MRP) data, proactively communicating demand changes or schedule adjustments to OSAT partners to maintain lean inventory and operational agility.
  • Monitoring inventory movements and leading month-end closing processes to ensure physical stock accuracy.
  • Validating and processing subcontractor payments, ensuring all billing complies with contractual terms and actual material usage.

Your Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
  • Proficient in SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Semiconductor Packaging & Test processes and planning.
  • Highly driven, able to perform under tight deadlines with accountability and consistent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective team player with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
