What will you do
Global Supply Planning & Strategy
Lead end-to-end global supply planning to align demand, capacity, and inventory targets
Partner with Brand and Regional Planning teams to translate long-range plans into production and capacity requirements
Own and manage the global supply signal to ensure one clear source of forecast for decision-making
Translate demand forecasts into:
Build and manage seasonal buy plans, including:
Own the monthly need-to-buy process and manage buy calendars and shipping schedules
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth buy execution and system setup
Capacity Planning & Risk Management
Work with capacity planning teams to assess supply risks and constraints
Identify risks early (e.g. capacity shortages, demand changes)
Drive mitigation actions such as:
Partner with material planning teams to define strategies that balance lead time and risk
Align with Brand Planning to prioritise products and regions under constrained supply
Ensure execution follows global alignment decisions
Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
Drive forecast accuracy through better visibility and alignment with regions
Track and improve key KPIs such as:
Analyse data to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities
Prepare reports and updates for leadership on supply status and risks
Challenge current ways of working and improve planning processes
Drive standardisation, automation, and efficiency across planning activities
What will you be responsible for
Ensure global supply and capacity are aligned with business demand
Lead cross-functional planning across Brand, Regional Planning, Product Supply, and suppliers
Act as a key connector between global and regional teams to ensure clear communication and priorities
Drive consistent planning processes and governance across regions
Support decision-making under constraints with clear options and trade-offs

Communicate clearly with both operational teams and senior stakeholders

What you'll bring
Experience & knowledge
5–8 years of experience in supply chain, with strong exposure to supply planning or capacity planning
Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain (demand, production, materials, logistics)
Experience working in a global, matrixed environment
Experience managing or influencing cross-regional or global teams
Skills
Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and capacity modelling
Comfortable working with data and using it to guide decisions
Experience with planning systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, JDA)
Proficient in Excel; Power BI or Tableau is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to explain risks and recommendations clearly to different audiences
