Supply Chain Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and manage material supply for projects
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Monitor inventory and warehouse stock
• Arrange transportation and delivery schedules
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
• Control procurement costs and reduce wastage
• Track incoming and outgoing goods
• Prepare logistics and inventory reports
• Manage warehouse and logistics staff
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements
• Handle import/export or customs matters if required
• Work closely with project managers and site teams

Requirements

Common Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in: Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years relevant experience in: Supply chain Logistics Warehouse management Construction materials management

Skills

• Good planning and coordination skills
• Inventory management knowledge
• Negotiation and vendor management
• Knowledge of ERP systems / SAP / inventory software
• Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
• Problem-solving and communication skills

Additional Preferred Requirements

• Experience in construction industry
• Knowledge of local transport and warehouse operations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Leadership and team management experience
