Job Summary
The Supply Chain Manager will lead a team of about 12 members responsible for sourcing and purchasing, ensuring efficient supply chain operations aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the supply chain team to achieve sourcing and purchasing targets that support operational efficiency
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost-effectiveness
- Utilize ERP systems to monitor and optimize purchasing processes and inventory levels
- Forecast delivery schedules to align supply with production demands and minimize delays
- Implement cost control measures to reduce expenses while maintaining quality standards
- Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excess or shortages
- Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the supply chain
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to maintain uninterrupted operations
