Operations & Supply Chain
Lead daily operations across procurement, order management, billing, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
Ensure timely procurement, order fulfilment, and delivery while maintaining high service levels.
Develop and implement inventory strategies to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess, ageing, obsolescence, write-offs, and inventory holding costs.
Prepare and present monthly inventory reports and analysis to management, including inventory ageing, slow-moving and obsolete inventory, provisions, write-offs, inventory turnover, and recommendations to improve inventory health
Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP/system enhancements to improve efficiency, productivity, accuracy, and scalability.
Develop, implement, and standardize operational policies, SOPs, and best practices across regional subsidiaries to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
Support the rollout of Group initiatives, systems, and operational policies across regional offices, monitor adoption, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Partner with Sales, Finance, Regulatory, and Customer Service to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with Finance to resolve billing discrepancies and improve collection efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
Lead internal/external audits: WSH & GDPMDS standards
Lead, coach, and develop the Operations & Supply Chain team to build a high-performance culture.
Set departmental objectives, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Foster collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centric thinking within the team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, inventory management, or logistics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or distribution industry is preferred.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and operational process improvement initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience using AI tools and digital technologies to improve productivity, reporting, or operational processes will be an added advantage.
