About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of managing procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution operations.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Monitor supply chain performance and KPIs, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, production, sales) to ensure smooth supply chain processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and adopt best practices in supply chain management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent.
- Experience managing international supply chains and working with global vendors.
- Knowledge of sustainability and cost optimization strategies in supply chain operations.
