As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our Singapore team and help drive the optimization of our supply chain operations.

Job Overview:

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain, from procurement to distribution, ensuring that the company's products and services are delivered to clients on time and within budget. The role will involve managing supplier relationships, inventory, logistics, and demand forecasting. As a key member of the operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement across the supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
  • Manage and build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products from suppliers to customers.
  • Forecast demand and monitor stock levels to ensure inventory is aligned with business requirements while avoiding overstock or stockouts.
  • Implement and maintain efficient processes for purchasing, receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and products.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, project management) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure favorable agreements for the company.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement, cost savings, and process optimization.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain function and report on supply chain performance to senior management.
  • Manage and resolve any supply chain issues, including delays, inventory discrepancies, and logistics challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies related to procurement, transportation, and environmental sustainability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing training and performance reviews.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management or logistics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  • Experience in demand forecasting, capacity planning, and production scheduling.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external suppliers and partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Desirable Skills:
  • Professional certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP, or CIPS).
  • Experience in managing global supply chains or cross-border logistics.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and green supply chain initiatives.
  • Familiarity with procurement best practices and contract management.
