Role Description:
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution. This role ensures efficient processes, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
- Oversee inventory management, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements.

- Identify risks in the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
