Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Supply Chain Manager/Procurement Executive/Purchasing position based in Singapore, with the flexibility for some remote work arrangements. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing procurement activities, managing supplier relationships, and executing purchasing strategies to meet organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating demand planning, monitoring inventory levels, optimizing supply chain operations, reviewing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The role also involves analyzing data to improve efficiency, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Demand Planning and analytical capabilities to forecast and manage supply and demand effectively
  • Expertise in Supply Management and Inventory Management to ensure optimal stock levels and streamline operations
  • Competence in Procurement processes and vendor management to negotiate contracts and maintain supplier relationships
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems
  • Understanding of procurement regulations and compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related domain is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid setting
