Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and lead procurement activities, including strategic sourcing, negotiation, vendor relationship management, and performance oversight
• Optimize inventory management across multiple locations, balancing stock levels to meet demand while minimizing holding costs
• Oversee complex import/export operations, including international freight forwarding and local transportation
• Ensure compliance with global trade standards, including accurate goods classification (tariff codes) and customs/trade documentation
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels
• Identify potential supply chain risks (tariffs, sanctions, disruptions) and implement robust mitigation plans
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, and Warehouse teams to align material flow with production schedules
• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical vendor and supply issues
• Maintain detailed records for reporting, forecasting, and audits
