Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator to support daily logistics operations, supply chain coordination, and inventory management activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supply chain processes, logistics coordination, operational efficiency, and ensuring the smooth movement of goods and materials across business operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, monitoring inventory levels, supporting warehouse and transportation activities, and ensuring timely delivery of products and materials. You will work closely with internal departments, suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to improve operational efficiency, maintain accurate records, and support supply chain strategies that contribute to business performance and customer satisfaction.

This position involves assisting with order processing, shipment tracking, inventory coordination, logistics documentation, vendor communication, and supply chain reporting. The role also includes monitoring logistics performance, resolving operational issues, supporting procurement coordination, and contributing to process improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily logistics and supply chain operations across multiple functions

Monitor shipments, delivery schedules, and transportation activities

Assist in managing inventory levels, stock movement, and warehouse coordination

Support order processing, shipment preparation, and logistics documentation

Track incoming and outgoing deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners regarding shipments and schedules

Maintain accurate supply chain records, inventory reports, and operational documentation

Support procurement and purchasing coordination activities when required

Monitor logistics performance and identify areas for operational improvement

Assist in resolving shipment delays, inventory discrepancies, and operational issues

Ensure compliance with logistics procedures, operational standards, and company policies

Support warehouse coordination, stock organization, and material handling activities

Prepare logistics reports, shipment summaries, and inventory tracking updates

Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency

Monitor supply chain performance indicators and operational metrics

Coordinate scheduling and communication between internal departments and external partners

Support demand planning and inventory replenishment activities

Ensure accuracy and quality in logistics documentation and reporting processes

Assist with transportation planning and delivery coordination activities

Support day-to-day supply chain and logistics administrative operations

Qualifications

Strong organizational and coordination skills in operational environments

Good understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management concepts

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a professional environment

Attention to detail with strong accuracy in documentation and reporting
