We're Hiring: Supply Chain Analyst / Inventory Manager / Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations
- Analyze inventory levels, demand patterns, and supply forecasts
- Manage stock control, replenishment planning, and inventory accuracy
- Coordinate logistics operations including shipping, delivery, and vendor management
- Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Prepare reports on supply chain performance and KPIs
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with inventory systems, ERP tools, or supply chain processes
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
- Based in Singapore or eligible to work in Singapore
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Exposure to regional or international logistics operations
- Knowledge of demand planning or procurement processes
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, or e-commerce environments
- Lean / Six Sigma or process improvement experience
