Job Description

We're Hiring: Supply Chain Analyst / Inventory Manager / Logistics Coordinator

Singapore (Hybrid)

Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations
  • Analyze inventory levels, demand patterns, and supply forecasts
  • Manage stock control, replenishment planning, and inventory accuracy
  • Coordinate logistics operations including shipping, delivery, and vendor management
  • Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
  • Prepare reports on supply chain performance and KPIs

Requirements

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with inventory systems, ERP tools, or supply chain processes
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
  • Based in Singapore or eligible to work in Singapore
  • Fluent in English

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Exposure to regional or international logistics operations
  • Knowledge of demand planning or procurement processes
  • Experience in retail, manufacturing, or e-commerce environments
  • Lean / Six Sigma or process improvement experience
