Role Description

This is a dynamic role for a Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator responsible for supporting supply chain operations, logistics coordination, and inventory management activities to ensure smooth and efficient operational performance. The coordinator will be responsible for monitoring shipments, coordinating transportation schedules, tracking inventory levels, and communicating with suppliers, vendors, warehouses, and internal departments to maintain accurate and timely logistics processes. Additional responsibilities include preparing shipping and logistics documentation, supporting warehouse operations, monitoring delivery performance, resolving shipment-related issues, and maintaining accurate operational records. The role also involves assisting with supply chain planning, analyzing logistics data, supporting procurement coordination, and contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, logistics coordination, and inventory management processes

• Knowledge of shipment tracking, warehouse operations, transportation scheduling, and delivery coordination

• Ability to manage multiple logistics tasks, operational priorities, and deadlines effectively

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for supplier, vendor, and internal team coordination

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail

• Familiarity with logistics systems, inventory tracking tools, and operational reporting platforms

• Ability to prepare logistics documentation and maintain accurate operational records efficiently

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor operational performance and identify process improvements

• Understanding of procurement support, inventory control, and supply chain planning concepts is an advantage

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative environment

• Professional attitude, adaptability, and commitment to maintaining operational accuracy and efficiency

  • • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
