Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will analyze supply chain data, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data related to inventory, procurement, logistics, and demand planning
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key supply chain KPIs and performance metrics
- Identify operational bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities using data-driven insights
- Support forecasting, demand planning, and capacity planning processes
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to improve processes and efficiency
- Evaluate supplier performance and delivery timelines to ensure service quality
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to support strategic sourcing decisions
- Maintain accurate and updated data in supply chain management systems and ERP platforms
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- 24 years of experience in supply chain analysis, operations, or logistics
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Familiarity with ERP or supply chain management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of Singapore and SEA supply chain market is preferred
