Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing supply chain data, optimizing processes, and supporting decision-making to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data (inventory, logistics, procurement, demand planning, etc.)
- Monitor and report on key supply chain performance metrics (KPIs)
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, operations, and finance teams to support planning and forecasting
- Conduct scenario analysis and build models to optimize inventory levels and distribution strategies
- Support the implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives and digital solutions
- Maintain accurate supply chain data in ERP and reporting systems
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- 24 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau); experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of Singapore and SEA supply chain markets is preferred
