Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing supply chain data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize operations, reduce costs, and improve service levels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data, including demand forecasts, inventory levels, procurement, and logistics performance.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor supply chain effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve supply chain issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Assist in evaluating suppliers and logistics partners by analyzing cost, quality, and performance metrics.
- Support digitalization initiatives, automation, and process improvement projects.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
- Participate in supply chain risk assessments and business continuity planning.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in supply chain analysis, planning, or related functions.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Familiarity with Singapore/SEA trade and supply chain regulations is preferred.
