Able to communicate and meet consultants requirement
Monitor and control project material delivery in accordance to schedule
Preparation of detail program for site team to follow accordingly and completion on time
Manage and monitor site progress
Any other duties to be assigned
Requirements:
Good working attitude, committed and ability to meet tight schedules.
Solid organization skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Project Management in residential, government and commercial building projects (preferable in Building Facade Work).
Candidate must possess at least Diploma and/or Degree in any field and or related field with relevant experience.

able to work round the clock, 6 days /week
able to enage suppliers and clients via hp any time during project period.
