Your Mission:

Lead supplier quality audits (IATF16949 / ISO9001) and drive CAPA & 8D resolutions
Own APQP & PPAP processes - Ensure flawless new supplier onboarding
Solve complex technical issues (PCB/PCBA, GD&T, SPC, DFMEA/PFMEA)
Collaborate with global teams to improve supplier performance & reduce defects
Spearhead continuous improvement using Six Sigma & Lean methodologies

We are looking for :

. Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or related field)

. 5-8 years in Supplier Quality Engineering (Automotive / Electronics)

. IATF16949 Lead Auditor Certification

. Strong technical expertise in PCBA, GD&T, SPC, APQP, PPAP

. Proven problem-solving skills (8D, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma)

. Willingness to travel (up to 30%) for supplier audits & development
