To Supervise our road construction teams in coordination with the Site Supervisors.
To manage all paper works related to the construction works with keen knowledge.
To analyse and study site drawings.
To maintain the safe work procedures, risk assessment, and all safety documents as well as safety measures on-site among the team.
To set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision.
To motivate employees by resolving issues and making sound decisions among team.
To able to work both during day/night jobs with flexible hours, including sometimes PH/Sundays.
Available for work 24 x 7.
MUST have experience with NCE application, As-built drawings, TCP, SP Claim submission, Shoring Plan, PE design, Steel plate decking design, Gas pipe/water pipe projects, 22Kv/66Kv/230Kv/400Kv cable, Telcom projects.
MUST possess PSM, BCSS, RES, CSCPM with autocad knowledge, well versed MS Office skills.
