Supervisor

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Food Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily food production operations and ensure smooth workflow in the manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, maintain high food safety standards, and ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily food production activities
• Ensure products are prepared and packed according to company standards
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion
• Maintain workplace cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety regulations
• Lead and manage production staff effectively
• Conduct staff training and performance monitoring
• Handle inventory coordination and stock monitoring
• Report operational issues and production updates to management
• Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or related industry
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
