Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Clinic Operations Supervisor, where you'll drive performance and enhance patient satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. This role blends leadership and operational expertise to ensure efficient clinic functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient front desk services and workflow coordination. Manage patient appointments and maintain organized record-keeping for seamless operations. Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and coordinate maintenance of clinic equipment to avoid disruptions. Address patient inquiries and complaints to deliver excellent customer service. Act as the primary point of contact for clinic issues, escalating complex matters to senior management as necessary. Collaborate with staff to improve service quality, patient satisfaction, and hospitality standards. Ensure adequate staffing by monitoring team schedules and providing support during unplanned absences. Deliver on-the-job training for new staff to facilitate integration into clinic operations. Track clinic and staff performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and assisting in strategies for enhancement. Lead team briefings to communicate clinic goals and performance targets. Support the execution of marketing initiatives, aligning team efforts with clinic objectives. Provide practical insights on daily operations to optimize proposed changes and enhance efficiency. Gather and address team feedback, escalating unresolved issues as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience, ideally within the healthcare or retail sector. Experience in healthcare environments, such as clinics or wellness centers, is advantageous. Strong interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or the broader healthcare industry. Ability to adapt and respond quickly in fast-paced situations while efficiently managing diverse challenges. Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and focused on achieving both sales and service excellence. Proactive and enthusiastic, with a positive learning mindset and strong interpersonal skills. Proven ability to set goals, delegate effectively, and foster team accountability and growth.
