cleaning supervisor / Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations at assigned sites
• Plan and assign duties to cleaners and housekeeping staff
• Ensure all cleaning works are carried out according to company standards and safety regulations
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and work performance
• Arrange manpower deployment and replacement when required
• Train new staff on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and workplace safety
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Manage inventory of cleaning materials and submit replenishment requests
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and management on operational matters
• Attend to client feedback, complaints, and service improvement actions
• Prepare work schedules, reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations
• Monitor productivity and implement continuous improvement measures
• Support emergency cleaning operations or ad-hoc assignments when necessary

Requirements

• Experience in cleaning operations, housekeeping, or facilities management
• Leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures
• Ability to handle manpower scheduling and site operations
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
