Job Description

  • Supervise the daily operations of the massage parlour and foot reflexology center to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, schedule and monitor the performance of therapists and front-line staff.
  • Ensure all staff comply with company policies, hygiene standards and operational procedures.
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery in a professional manner.
  • Assist in staff training, coaching and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor appointment schedules, staffing levels and daily business operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper upkeep of the premises and equipment.
  • Prepare daily operational reports and perform other duties assigned by management.
