Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the club.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Monitor customer service standards and handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly.
• Oversee stock control, inventory, and ordering of supplies when necessary.
• Assist in planning and implementing promotions, events, and activities.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe environment within the club.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations and submit to management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in hospitality, management, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, F&B, entertainment, or club management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance in the industry.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
