Front-of-House Supervisor
We're looking for a Front-of-House Supervisor to join our team and take charge of creating memorable dining experiences. This is a role for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working closely with people, and knows how to motivate a team to deliver consistent, excellent service.
What You'll Do
- Set the tone: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
- Lead each shift: Conduct pre-shift briefings and guide the team through smooth, efficient service.
- Handle the unexpected: Respond to guest feedback and service issues with calm, thoughtful solutions.
- Maintain standards: Monitor and raise service quality, keeping operations running seamlessly.
- Develop your team: Support, coach, and inspire staff to grow and perform at their best.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communicator with a natural ability to connect with both guests and colleagues.
- Steady under pressure and able to make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting.
- A team player who leads by example and takes pride in delivering service that feels genuine and consistent.
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality leadership roles is a plus, but not mandatory if you bring the right attitude and drive.
