Job Description

Key Job Scope and Responsibilities:

  • Production Scheduling & Operations: Coordinate daily tasks (mixing, cooking, packing) to meet production schedules and deadlines.
  • Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure compliance with SFA regulations/HACCP principles/GMP/SSOP. Perform in-process checks, inspect final product quality, and handle raw material inventory.
  • Manpower Management: Assign tasks, supervise workers, train staff on equipment operation, and handle attendance.
