Supervisor/Sales supervisor

Job Description:

• Greet and assist customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, taking inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
• Inventory stock and reorder when necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing,delivery,and after-sales support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales within the curtain and textile fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Knowledge of curtains,fabrics and relevant products will be a distinct advantage.
• Familiar with market trends and competitive landscape in the curtains and textile sector.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
