Retail Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for day-to-day operations according to the Company's SOP

- Provide excellent customer service and good sales performance

- Liaise with Buyer and warehouse on inventory replenishment / movement

. Daily email checking and sales update

. Sound knowledge of brands and products through regularly updates oneself with latest product knowledge

. Motivate and drive sales to meet sales targets

. Cashiering, bank deposits and submit reconciliation reports to Account dept

. Regular and timely visual merchandising and housekeeping

- Roster planning and leave planning.

. Responsible for new staff orientation and training/coaching

- Ensure the relationship with clients is of top-notch service

- Implement proper visual merchandising both in the window and booth displays

Requirements:

- Passion for Luxury Retail will be advantageous

- 3 years of retail sales industry

- Customer service oriented and able to commit to retails shift hours (Between 6.00am to 1am, including weekend and Public Holiday)

- Familiar with POS (point of sales) and ability to learn new technologies

- Excellent selling skills

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- English is a must

- Willing to work in various outlets locating in Changi Airport
