SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Transport Operations Supervisor to oversee daily freight transport coordination and land transport support activities. The role focuses on operational supervision, scheduling, and coordination to ensure smooth and timely transport services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily freight transport arrangements and land transport support operations

• Coordinate job assignments, delivery schedules, and transport routes

• Monitor drivers attendance, deployment, and daily work activities

• Liaise with customers, transport partners, and internal operations team

• Ensure transport documents, delivery orders, and service records are properly prepared and maintained

• Track vehicle movements and support fleet utilisation efficiency

• Handle operational issues, delays, and service disruptions promptly

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and transport requirements

• Report daily operational status to management and maintain basic operational records
  Experience supervising drivers or operational staff is preferred

  Basic knowledge of land transport and freight coordination processes

  Able to handle scheduling, coordination, and on-site supervision

  Good communication and teamwork skills

  Able to work independently and handle operational pressure
