Job Summary

Lead restaurant operations by managing staff, inventory, and safety compliance while driving performance improvements and revenue opportunities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise staff including bartenders and waiters to maintain high service standards
• Manage inventory levels to ensure timely availability of supplies and minimize waste
• Oversee opening and closing procedures to secure premises and prepare for daily operations
• Order supplies efficiently to support uninterrupted restaurant functions
• Promote the club and recruit talent to enhance customer engagement and business growth
• Ensure all operations comply with safety and sanitation laws to maintain a safe environment
• Develop and implement strategies that improve team performance and operational efficiency
• Identify and pursue revenue opportunities through promotions and talent recruitment
• Adapt to working evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, loud environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrate teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and management
• Exhibit a positive learning attitude to adapt and grow within the role

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Preference given to candidates who are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (moved to Preferred as not essential for core duties)

Location Various locations including Pandan Loop, Beauty World, and Foch Road

Working Hours

• Shift work from 10: 30 AM to 10:30 PM

Salary $3000 - $5000
