JOB DESCRIPTION

The spray supervisor will be responsible for the following:

Supervision of the spray team. (attendance, discipline, work allocation, safety)
Implementing the spray plan for the day
Ensure accurate use of chemical measurements according to spraying plan.
Ensure that all equipment are in working condition.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Over 3 years experience in similar field.

MUST HAVES

Knowledge of pests and diseases
Product efficiency knowledge
Crop knowledge
Knowledge of beneficials
Knowledge of staff management.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Able to work at night shift and split shift
